Cancellation Policy
KANZ INRPAYE PRIVATE LIMITED – digital payment processing
Last Updated: August 2026KANZ INRPAYE PRIVATE LIMITED ("KANZ", "we", "us" or "our") provides digital payment and payment-processing services. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation requests relating to transactions processed through the KANZ platform are handled.
1. Cancellation of Orders or Services
KANZ acts as a payment-processing platform and does not control the cancellation of the products or services purchased from a merchant.
Any request to cancel an order, product, subscription, booking, or service must be made directly to the merchant/service provider from whom the customer purchased the product or service.
2. Cancellation of Payment Transactions
Once a payment has been successfully processed and completed, the transaction generally cannot be cancelled directly through the company.
If the merchant/service provider permits cancellation, the merchant may initiate the applicable refund or reversal through the company's payment platform, subject to the applicable payment network, bank and regulatory requirements.
3. Failed or Unsuccessful Transactions
If a customer's bank account or payment instrument has been debited but the payment transaction is shown as failed, declined, pending, or unsuccessful, company may initiate or facilitate the applicable reversal/refund after the transaction is reconciled.
The actual time taken for the amount to be credited back may depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, UPI provider, payment network or other financial institution.
This approach is consistent with industry practice, where failed-but-debited transactions can be automatically refunded after reconciliation.
4. Merchant-Initiated Cancellation
When a merchant cancels an order or service and approves a refund, the merchant is responsible for initiating the refund through the applicable company payment facility.
The company will process the refund request in accordance with the applicable payment method, transaction status, available funds, banking arrangements and applicable laws and regulations.
